STRENGTHEN & CENTER YOURSELF IN LESS THAN A SECOND

TRY ANY OF THESE 5 EASY TECHNIQUES

Tip: Close your eyes to reduce distractions and so that you can more easily tune in to your energy and your body.



1) THINK OF A CIRCLE


Why it works – A circle represents unity, wholeness, continuity, the infinite. Energy flows circularly in the body, maximizing your energetic balance/evenness. Thinking of a circle instantly reinforces this.


Test it out – Think of a circle and notice how your body feels. Next, think of a square or straight line and notice the difference in how your body feels. Squares and straight lines have a weakening effect on your energy.



2) PRESS YOUR TONGUE TO THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH


Why it works – This action connects you to source energy, grounding you. It reinforces energy circulation in your body, instantly increasing your energy and physical strength. Give it a try with anything that’s weakening your energy.


Test it out – Think of straight line, which has a weakening effect, and notice how your body feels. Next, while thinking of a straight line, press your tongue to roof of your mouth. Notice an instant strengthening effect.



3) POINT YOUR TOES INWARD


Why it works – Because energy flows circularly in your body, this orientation of your feet keeps the energy flowing within, while toes pointed out causes your energy to flow out and dissipate.


Test it out – Point your toes inward and notice how your body feels. Next, point your toes outward and feel the difference in your body. Now, with your toes pointed outward, press your tongue to roof of mouth or think of a circle, and notice an instant strengthening effect.



4) PLACE A HAND IN FRONT OF YOUR BODY, VERTICALLY ALONG YOUR MIDLINE (SIMILAR TO PRAYER HANDS BUT USING ONLY ONE HAND)


Why it works – It increases energy at the core of your body for instant strengthening.


Test it out – Place your hand vertically along your midline (a nonphysical line running up/down the center of your body) and notice how your body feels. Next, slowly move your hand slightly to the right or left and notice the difference in how your body feels. The weakening effect can range from a subtle feeling to a strong contracting or collapsing feeling.



5) FOCUS ON YOUR MIDLINE


Why it works – Your midline is your connection to your body, mind, and spirit. Your attention on your midline strengthens all three at the same time, and puts them in harmony. A directed thought to your midline will strengthen any weakness.


Test it out – Focus on your midline whenever you want an extra boost of energetic strength. It's super easy, and nobody will even know you're doing it.
