STRONG AND WEAK - ARE YOU FEELING IT?

The feeling you get when you tune in to your own or someone else’s energy field when energetic testing is a physical sensation that can only be strong or weak. This feeling is not to be confused with emotion.

When you feel energetic weakness, it means that a problem or situation is negatively affecting you and depleting your energy. By contrast, when you feel energetic strength, it means that your energy is not being negatively affected, and what you are testing for is not a problem. It’s important to reduce the number of things that negatively affect your energy because if left unresolved, symptoms will eventually manifest in the physical body, for instance as pain or other unpleasant sensations.

FEELING IS A PRECISE WAY TO GET INFORMATION BECAUSE WHAT YOU THINK YOU'RE STONG OR WEAK TO MAY NOT BE THE TRUTH.

Here’s an example. You may automatically think that you’re angry about a situation, but when you energetically test yourself to that emotion, it comes up strong. Then you test another negative emotion, like frustration, and it comes up weak. This indicates frustration as the true energetic weakness that needs to be strengthened and then deleted. This demonstrates that you can’t always trust what you think. Instead, it’s better to feelfeel for strength or weakness.

While your feeling can guide you to the truth, your thinking is mostly unreliable. Your thinking is influenced by all of your past memories and experiences that are stored in every cell, molecule, atom and quantum particle in your body. You are programmed to think certain ways that are in congruence with your belief system and how you view yourself and the world around you, all of which can be very inaccurate and can become negative or distorted over time.

KNOWING WHAT MAKES YOU ENERGETICALLY STRONG OR WEAK PUTS YOU IN A UNIQUE POSITION TO AFFECT CHANGE

It allows you to take action in the right direction. It can better guide you through life, and it can help you make better decisions.

How can you distinguish between strong and weak energy?

Give the following exercises a try.

USE THIS 3-STEP PROCESS

  1. THINK

  2. STOP THINKING

  3. FEEL

Note that strong/weak can also be interpreted as right/wrong, true/false, and yes/no, depending on how you choose to perform your energetic testing.

Exercise 1:

Think of a happy, pleasant experience. Stop thinking. Tune in to how your physical body feels.

Next, think of a sad, tragic experience. Stop thinking. Tune in to how your physical body feels.

Compare and contrast how your body feels after thinking of each experience. Notice the difference in how strength feels in your body after thinking of the happy experience compared to how weakness feels after thinking about the sad experience.

Exercise 2:

Try this true and false exercise.

Think of something basic, like the color of your shirt. For example, “my shirt is blue.” Notice any sensation in your body. Truth is strength.

Next, think of it as a completely different color. Notice any sensation in your body. False is weakness.

Note the difference in the two sensations.

Exercise 3:

Try this with your name.

Think the phrase, “my name is ---.” Notice how your body feels.

Next, think of your name as something else. Notice how your body feels.

Note the difference in the two sensations.

If you’re still not quite feeling it, try what I did. Many years ago, I lay in bed at night with the lights out, eyes closed, in silence, and practiced with these exact same exercises. As you’re lying still, without any distractions, you should be able to feel the strong and weak sensations more clearly.

WE ALL HAVE THIS ABILITY. IT'S PART OF OUR INSIGHT.

Have fun with it and keep practicing. It will click, and it will eventually become natural to quickly feel the difference.
